Very solid BBQ in an area without many good options. Ribs were excellent and I was shocked how good the chicken was
If ya think pulled chicken and pulled pork together may be an odd combo.... Think again! McFarland is the bomb! And yes I am an amateur smoker with a couple killer recipes myself(or so I'm told).
Amazing Texas barbecue . I recommend the Flying V, a smoked sausage in a bun topped with brisket .
