Nice hotel spot in the middle of Buckhead for a relatively reasonable price considering the neighborhood .

Wonderful place and location, just awkward entrance. Near Lenox Square for shopping & local restaurants . Be sure to check out the reception Wednesday evenings! Free beer , wine and food. Great service!

Large room with two full beds separated by divider from front room with bar sink & micro-fridge plus fold-out two-part couch .

Staff is always helpful and nice. Great location. Walk to starbucks, restaurants , mall . Free shuttle free parking .

I stay at a lot of Hyatt’s. This one is in a decent location but they need help in some areas especially with Breakfast Service and the staff . Not what I’m used to from Hyatt.

GM reception happy hour on Wednesdays is a great way to relax after a long day of work. Free drinks are awesome!

Definite 3 star. Rooms were big but unfancy, bathroom a little scary. Breakfast options very scary, esp the fruit .

No Drink Machines, No microwave. Over priced Water.. Headed to Kroger. .

Customer service is awful . I will never stay at a Hyatt brand hotel again.
