This place is so pretty! Dinner was expensive but they did add in a free app of smoked lamb in this wonderful chutney stuff. Soooo good.
Nice hotel that puts all of Vik in walking distance, not that that's difficult to do. They also offer the very valuable service of Norther Lights wake up calls .
The "ocean view " rooms are kind of a stretch. I say go with cliff side and save a few kronor.

Room 202 has the best view , but also outside in, so wear something when in your room..
With so many attractions nearby,make sure you spend at least one night here, great hotel to rest up

Don't bother with an ocean view , you mainly see the gas station across the street.
Pretty expensive for what it is. Wafer thin walls, our neighbours may as well have been in our room with us. Nice receptionist though!

Don't stay here, entirely overpriced. Bathrooms have no ventilation, showers have no pressure, WiFi is throttled, no fridge , pool, outlets near beds, or reason to pay for a "premium" hotel .

The Hotel is in renovation process, but you can only benefit from that! Very nice and modern rooms at a very good rate for icelandic terms! Make sure to try and get The room in the top floor corner! - Sina B.

Very cool black sand beach. It can get very windy at times. The waves are huge and can sneak up on you !! - Kate Furman
One of the nicest restaurants in Vik , offers variety such as pizza , seafood , lamb. Nice bar at the basement floor. - Leonidas M.
