Room was clean and stylishly decorated . The rooms' flat screen tv and mini fridge worked perfectly, and the jacuzzi is open 24 hours . More than anything , I LOVED how comfortable my king sized bed was

Standard Best Western in a great location - close to airport and major highways making getting around easy, and also easy walking distance to trolley green line . The cafe is also good.

Service was great and got a free upgrade to a king bed thanks to best western rewards. 2 hot tubs and a heated pool ....super nice!

I don't know how people have issues. I've never had any. There is staff that has been here for years and very friendly

The room was nice and clean , the shower had hot water and the bed was very soft. The Wifi was the only issue as was a bit flaky. I would stay here again.

Loved our 5 night stay. Comfy beds and great location! Close to many tourist destinations.

Clean & easy to deal with. I had no issues, & question the people who did. I don't smoke, so I like the fact that my room didn't smell all nasty.

Beware: Front desk staff is less than accommodating and even when you are a 'Preferred Guest or Military/Government' and book the rate & show your ID or Card they don't give you the Lounge Access!

The king suite is massive and has a HUGE private patio . The room is dated but has a couple 37"(?) flat screens .

CAUTION: Stay here as a last option as not too sure how it is a Best Western (named) Property as it is really bad as NONE of the staff from Housekeeping to front desk want to do their jobs!

They have about 5 channels for tv to choose from.

Beds are NOT comfy . Perhaps someone stole my mattress and replaced it with a stone slab.

Comic Con 2013 - Early bird hotel option

Out of the BW's in San Diego (Downtown & around the area) this is one I wanted to try as it is near my conference but I would suggest to look at other BW properties as this one is not the top choice!

Really clean for 59/night.

Rooms are out dated and staff didn't care about our key card not working on the door. I would not recommend this place.

The management here are rude. They'll threaten to fine you $500 if you smoke in the rooms and will even fight with you when you didn't smoke in the rooms and threaten to call the police . SKIP IT!

Wi-fi sucks. Cannot maintain a connection.

Customer satisfaction /service is definitely not this place's concern. I wouldn't stay here again.
