Its a great place to workout and great facilities, but one thing don't go on your day off, check the traffic prior to singing up its a must, im junction 3 m6 and somedays its a traffic nightmare
although virgin active derby club is in a lower tier, it definitely is better than this one. i even prefer rugby club to coventry club.
