The 2nd competition of the Triwizard tournement was shot on Loch Shiel in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) and Krum exercises here although the image has been reversed, possibly for variety.
With help from CGI, Loch Shiel became Black Lake , where the camera pans to Prof. sprout's herbology class at Hogwart's in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002).
Harry and Hermione look out across Loch Shiel from the Astronomy Tower at the end of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009), the tower having been added digitally.

From Glenfinnan Visitor Centre is a 10 min walk until the viaduct. Can be seen also from the viewpoint nearby. - Alin Borca
