Hot water for shower always available! That's good. Room size also bigger than any other hotels with same average price.. its spa also best! 😋

Occasionally stayed here since 2007. Always my choice to stay in Pontianak.

Good room, good services , good taste of foods, but the WiFi is bad.

Quite Difficult as most of the staffs can hardly understand english language. Its better to converse in indon slang

breakfast w dimsum or dumplings @ week end! good taste & price! almost full that time..
