The Hibachi was great and our cook was awesome made everyone laugh including my 4 year old!
If you don't have to dine in monument, Musashi's is a better hibachi (less salty - and tastier, in my opinion). I can't speak for the sushi , though.
Jacky roll and the dancing roll are the best!!
