Nice clean room . Hotel is a little old but still nice. Room size & WiFi is good. Cross the street there are shopping center with restaurants , cafe & bakery . There is free shuttle bus to Geneva airport

Decent hotel close to palexpo center and Geneva airport . 10 min ride with the hotel shuttlebus that runs every 30 min. Book it at front desk or via phone. Quiet , clean , pool and good buffet breakfast .

Unheated outdoor pool . Small, but lovely in the summer! Oh, and yes, the wifi is terrible, disconnecting frequently, which requires re-registration each time. At least it's free!

Close to GVA airport , easy access to POI's. Clean and Green.. recommended ????

For sure not a 4 star... but much better than the Campanille nearby for the same price...Wifi is good food is good but rooms are outdated for a Novotel

Nice location and great restaurant

If I'd have known this place was so mediocre I would have slept in the club at the airport . 163€ for a dingy room w/ bad wifi and the most careless staff I've encountered outside a youth hostel .

There is no food or shuttle after 10:30PM and the shuttle is not regular. There is McDonalds near by for quick food.

Location, friendly staff . However, restaurant food wasn't good and there weren't enough staff for service. Had to change bedroom because of cleanliness issues.

Pretty good breakfast , not so good rooms (kinda dirty and carelessly kept) and the Internet is a nightmare - but that's a problem in most hotels (at least in France)

Beware. No shuttle after 22:30, no food after 23:00. Very lame for a four star hotel .
