I've only ever experienced really helpful staff (and we've been here almost every other day for the past eight months!). Don't know what the other tips are referring too so my tip is ignore them!

Lowes has Customer wi-fi. Just open your web browser and it will default to their join page. Agree to the Ts&Cs and off you go :)

My best tip for this Lowes is to just not go there EVER!!! Worst customer service in America. I've received more help from stores in 3rd world countries than I have from Lowes in Statesboro.
