The spa is excellent; massages first rate

Well it was much worse of what we have expected! Just normal hotel , but it isnt 5 stars. Breakfast is poor. Junior suit isnt fantastic, wasnt even cleaned properly. I wouldnt come back

الفندق حلو وخدماته ممتازه وقريب من كل شي استمتعت في السكن فيه خصوصاً. البلكونه المطله على القمة الثلجيه
أنصحكم تسكنون فيه؟ لا ما انصح مع انهم نظيفين مره وتعامل جدا جميل لكن مارتحت للأمانه ولا ودي أظلم????بس نحب لغيرنا مانحب لأنفسنا.. وصار لي موقف..
الموقف:فقدت أحد جزمي تكرمون، ولمن ناديت الاداره قالو مو مننا ولكن بنبحث اطلعوا وان شاءالله بنلقاها، رجعت لقيتها موجوده! يقولون لقيناها مع اني مدوره ولا اعلم..فما اكرر الاوتيل وانتبهوا عموما..

Great location, wonderful concierge staff & pretty fabulous rooms. Would recommend 311- spacious, balcony facing Mnt Blanc & fireplace in the winter. Indoor / outdoor pool also worth a visit. - Sonali Fenner
