It's big and has lots of things but just a general supermarket really. You can exchange money here if the change bereau is open but don't expect non European currencies (minus the dollar)
Do the carparkin and let the wife shop its cheaper and there hot food counter is yummy
If you've plenty of time to spare you can queue in their cafe
