Unlike Persepolis , Pasargadae has been destroyed so badly that it is really hard to imagine what it looked like 2500 years ago. The mysterious winged man relief is one of the few remnants of a palace .

Zahra Sarraf

Naqsh-e Rostam (Necropolis)

A fascinating royal resting place of 4 Achamenid Kings. Look for a bas-relief of a man standing with folded arms. It is the oldest one among the stone carvings from 1250 BC, Ilamite Period. - Karan Jami
