Hotel is nice, service kinda sucks. Went to the front desk and was greeted by "what chu need?" Went to take a shower this morning and realized that I didn't have any towels. Had to get 1 from desk.
Room 310: shower handle is broken and falls off, the AC unit makes noise like a 16-wheeler, cleanliness leaves lots to desire. I'm disappointed. They should do better with so much competition around.
Now I remember why I stopped staying here. Some rooms have no fridges or microwaves!!! Also they don't have standard TV channels like MTV. Who doesn't have fridges , microwaves, and MTV?!?
