If you are reading this BEFORE you dine at the East Washington IHOP make sure NOT to stop. The service is terrible, the restaurant is cramped and there is a much better IHOP about 15 mins away on Univ
Looks good after the remodel. Parking lot is so dark. Food is yummy!
Make sure you double check your bill. Some waitresses don't know how to split properly or even give you the bill for your table.
