The best! Endless corduroy. Chest deep powder and a vastness that will take days to explore. The secret weapon is the altitude keeping everything cool and the location’s ability to hold snow.

Great ski school for kids. Reserve everything at leafs days in advance to save time. Rental lines are long without advanced reservations .

Great place to demo gear. Footloose, a very well-stocked ski shop in the village , even lets you try out boots . Best to do so before Christmas as popular sizes don't stick around long.

Loved everything about mammoth. Great trails and deep pow during the weekend we visited. Will be back!

It’s all about getting over to chair 23 early in the morning and having the mountain to yourself with incredible views .

Bring everything that you need with you as there is not too much here to buy when you discover that you now need it, unless it has to do with skiing or snow boarding.

Not all people from LA are Douches. I love riding this place in the summer and yes agreed many people are A holes but you get that anywhere you go.

The Main Lodge is the best place to snowboard

Food on 3rd floor of main lodge is not great but the cinnamon roll is pretty good.

When the snow is good this is the place to go.
