Have always liked Mucho Gusto. Great food. Tried to go to Chipotle, but didn't want to wait an hour. Worth the wait, but I was hungry
Go before Noon to beat the lunch hour. If you want a light lunch , order the Tostada with your choice of protein and fixings, without the rice & beans.
Food is always fresh. Seating is hard to find during the lunch rush hour 12-1pm. But so worth it!
Good food...will eat here again. It's too bad it has to be compared to Chipotle because it has a totally different vibe and flavor.

I was excited Medford got a Chipotle, but after eating there, I realized Mucho is much different, and WAY better.
If you consider Chipotle as somewhere that serves authentic Mexican food , you'll probably like this place. Otherwise, avoid. It's basically OK but one rung down from Chipotle.
When I first moved here I was disappointed by the lack of Chipotle. Everyone assured me this was better, they lied. Not as good, higher prices.
