Amazing lake views near by Stresa. Garage 10€/night. Rooms are big and traditional. Pool area is also very comfortable .
This was the first hotel I ever stayed in Stresa. This spring I had a lovely dinner there offered by a group of Finnish business people. Really great.

Take a boat from Stresa to the islands or to Switzerland. From Locarno there is a treno panoramico over the national park to Domodossola and back to Stresa. Great - Pirjo Toivanen
