Best restaurant in noto and the owner pays great attention to the ingredients that they use
The place is small so definitely make a reservation (preferably 9 pm or earlier bc anytime after, you will still have to wait 20-30 min if it's busy).
Nice trattoria in the centre of Noto. Try the Norma it's absolutely terrific!
