Great hotel , one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to, very modern, however customer service is the worst...and I mean the worst!

This place is off the chart in terms of comfort, convenience, service, decor, atmosphere, and overall value. This location is the best I've experienced, thus far!!

The front desk girl Jasmine seemed like she didnt want to be at work while checking us in but she had an attitude during the entire stay. Hotel was very nice & clean . all bar tenders were nice.

Ask for an extra key to leave in the room so you don't have to remember every time you step out to remove it from the light activation slot

The omelette was great, I enjoyed it and was completely impressed with the manager clearing my table.

Nice hotel , but the food is way below average. Better off going out to eat or bringing in some fast food . Seriously, its that bad.
