Check out the aquarium at the entrance of the Children's section. Note the library is closed Sundays. The library parking lot only allows two hours of free parking .
This place is beautiful. If you don't need a book , go for the art .
You're going to need to hunt for parking . Library is lovely once you've done that.

It's the best park in Sarasota hands down. Take your pre-teen child there for a great time.
I'd go more often if I didn't have to deal with the Jehovah witness all the time
