food was mediocre but the staff at the front desk, valet, and restaurant were sooo friendly and most helpful! room was great! had a view of the Dome! and most comfortable bed ever!

Close but far from the action of Canal St, French Qtrs, & Harrah's. Walking distance: Party @ Metro, Sugar Mill , & Howlin Wolf, Shop @ Rivewalk Outlet or Canal Pl, Mail souvineirs @ FedEx or UPS.

The location isn't that great for wanting to go out downtown but the hotel is nice and clean and if you're needing a place to stay and not picky about the location I'd recommend this one.

Get here before 7:30 for the breakfast buffet . Mmmmm bacon !

Nice, helpful staff . Room 436 is right next to housekeeping closet and is loud , so I don’t suggest it if you want to sleep late.

Compared to other Hotels in the area like it, I wouldn't stay here again. Too many mistakes with our party's reservation , from check-in (no rooms saved) to check-out (locked out early).

Old hotel well maintained. Still, problems appear from time to time, as for example problem with the water drain system. No bottled water in the room, so don't say I didn't tell you already.
