The obvious tip is that smothered and covered is the way to go but I whole heatedly recommend the waffles with 2 eggs over medium and a large (yes large) side if bacon !
Loved it! Great prices, good food, great waitress Ty. We drove 45 mins to get here and would do it again.
Ohhh and a tip. The driveway into this place is dangerous. Look for the McDonaleds across the street and be going SLOW. No matter which way you come the driveway is a joke and major hazard.
Order the All-Star special. It's the only waffle combo that comes with meat. You get a few other things with it as well .

Only place that's open after 3am on black friday other than mcdonalds. But be prepared to wait!
If you go in the middle of the night and get Sara(h) as your waitress , be prepared to be disappointed, she's awful
