If you left your headphones at home, don't despair. - they have a free pair at the check in desk. TVs on all the cardio machines too. Nice equipment. Good to sweat some of that booze out.
I've only spent three months in this gym , but my friends have already noticed the difference in my body form and structure . They definitely have some of the best instructors in town !
There's a lot of fancy , high-tech equipment, to go along with the normal assortment of old school weights. There's even a boxing ring .
