Drinks are great, staff is awesome, get the stuffed avocado .
Absolutely amazing one of the best places to have a great dinner in Santa Fe
The poblanos rellenos are the speciality of the house. Very tender chile, not overloaded with cheese . Great flavor pairing.
Salad was really delicious! went great with a margarita
My favorite!! get a pink margarita and the cheese soup .

Highly recommend the Rosalita drink from the dragon room! The food at The Pink Adobe was mediocre and a bit of a disappointment. Our server, Alex was great!! Very accommodating and asked for feedback.
The black dragon drink is really good! We also tried the Rosalita and my friends loved it! We recommend it!!
Happy Hour prices on Quiz nights for participants.
They do half orders on request. Still a lot of food. Great service, not rushed at all.
Try the fried whole potato . Fantastic!
Make sure you sit on their patio for a great Santa Fe experience... Read more

Gypsy Stew is a must try for lunch ....
Your waitress , Liz, is great.
Took over 15 min for drinks and management did not care. Servers need some training . Hopefully the food isn't as disappointing
Best meal we've had in Santa Fe. As good as people say. Don't miss it! - Paul Rieckhoff
Authentic food and great people. Breakfast burrito is the best in town. Avocado BLT is also delicious. Leave room for sopapillas - they're insane. - Raphael Langenscheidt
Salads are super. Coffee and Vanilla ice cream on top of oreo pie crust dessert is delicious. - Octosynthesis (Michael Martinez)
The chocolate pot dessert is RIDICULOUS (in a good way)! - Greg Dvorken
