Arabian is better than Caribbean, of course slightly more pricey . Special thanks to Mr. Isma, very good service and attentive. Care about customers' needs and helpful.

Amenities are relatively basic and maintenance of building could be better upkept. Buffet breakfast is not so inspiring. Quality not worth the RM250 per night for studio room.
drove 3 hours and can't wait to check in and freshen up...but they had me waiting outside the freaking room for 10 mins because it wasnt ready!!! whats with the dark corridor ?!

So dirty the family room . Just use broom the swipe floor , no use vacuum cleaner. Toilet very dirty .

Mase 1st time mandi hole plak pool tibe2 tutup. Katenye ujan. Tapo ujan baru brenti. Pegi report kat counter tibe2 cik tu cakap bole mandi balik. Management kurang bagus :(
Arabian cafe management sgt teruk. Pgil order 3x, tak dtg, buat mcm kita xwujud kt ctu. Tak pergi dahla !!!
