Its a shame what's happened here. The free premium drinks are less than 1 ounce. The response to "please sir may I have some more" is "you can talk to my supervisor". BA has these guys beat hands down.
2nd best AC I've been to so far on my 30 day trial of the service. Certainly spacious so lots of opportunity to find a spot to tuck away in betw flights. View of runway , nice bfast station
Comfortable faux-leather and upholstered sofas . Free house wine (red & white) and beer (Bud or Bud Light ). Also: wifi , filtered water , coffee , tea , fruits , nuts mix, chips & salsa , and Milano cookies .
The (free) house Cabernet is so good you might as well save the money or drink ticket you were going to spend on wine .
50 bucks for a choice of drinks and snacks you can oversee. wifi is slow. If this is Admirals level, it's better to stay in the machine room
Very comfortable , spacious , good wine , and view of the runway . Pleasure waiting for your flight
There is a drinks fridge in the back of the food buffet if you go to the left end of the club. To the right you need to go to the bar .
I was impressed with their morning spread... Bagels , cream cheese , butter, yogurt , oatmeal , juices , etc. too bad I bought a bagel before getting here not expecting much.
Why oh why do American carrier lounges penny pinch on the refreshments. Pleasant, comfortable lounge let down by this.
It's worth getting a day pass here if you have a long international layover.
The olives at the snack bar are excellent.
Worth the walk from the b/c lounge . Very few people, nice furniture , very friendly and helpful staff !
Nice views ; AC is not up to the task on hot days.
Free Budweiser and house wine . Dark. Prettier but no better than B/C lounge .
They have definitely cut some MAJOR corners here...very disappointing when you are paying for first class tickets!!!
Very spacious but only has apples , oranges , cookies , tortilla chips , and olives
They stick it to you at the bar . Bud and BL are the only free beers . Everything else is $6.
Cheap , very cheap when you come from the Lufthansa lounge !
Considering how nice the terminal is, this is just another dumpy ex-US club.
Go left instead of right for more space (but no bar )
Lounge itself is very nice but almost no good at all, only one free drink and no spirits . Go to a partner lounge if you travel One World
The olives rock. That is all.
Very disappointed by the free nosh . No more cheese and cold meat platters, just olives , yucky looking soup and cheese slices in plastic.
Arriving n Philly for few
Nice view and good space, but that's it. Basically no food, only a couple bag snacks ... Disappoint!
If you're hungry, eat before you get to the lounge .
It's ok for a US lounge . Nothing impressive or stand out.
Nice view but crappy service and poor free offerings. Cannot compete to any Lufthansa Senator Lounge .
Nice plainspotting place
Freebie food has definitely gone downhill...
If you're headed to Germany, skip this lounge altogether and goto Lufthansa 's instead. Powdered soup and crackers ?? No thanks
Great view on the airfield
Crappy lounge , like most US carrier lounges .
Most depressing vision of cost cuttings. Don't expect to eat here.
I would not recommend ordering food - it is sub par and overpriced. The sandwiches are gas station grade at best..
Una excelente sala VIP con muy buenas vistas
Very fast service going through customs check. They are doing a great job!! - Paula Webster
Nice lounge, good meal, slow internet connection - Vlad Moscow
