Complained morning after check-in about room and were moved/upgraded so moaning is definatley worth it! Especially to get the room you paid for! - the sea maybe cold at first but definatley get in!

Turn the air condition system on! Free hammam for everybody in lobby...pfff

Hotel is not a true 4 star but rather a 3 star! Rooms are ok but cleaning standards are not always the best, linen and towels look worn and grubby. Bar and restuarant service is good.

No point in complaining we did and still waiting on things to be resolved, never be back, few of the staff are great

Horrible check in experience..not for us but lots of tourists . They will try to put u in one star rooms..u have to fight for getting the room you paid for.Employess are very rude as well .

Рядом есть аптека в которой продаются средства как от загара так и после! Пройти по дорожке на право до корпуса Marhaba. Там выходим на улицу поворачиваем на право и в 30 метрах будет аптека .

20$ при заселении в паспорте все ускоряют в несколько раз. И комнату дают хорошую ;)

Делать нечего, Вайфай только на ресепшн , уныло , напитки как-будто из пятерочки по красной цене , везде летают мухи все грязно

Ужасный отель с муравьями и хамским пермоналом. Купили путевку на 4*, заселили в 3*, ничего не объясняют, мотивация - лишь то, что у нас эконом рум.
