Learn to love the Smith Machine, and don't expect supersets to occur. To spaced out. However, you can still get a great workout, love the atmosphere, and the people are friendly !

Don't forget to check the center refrigerator in the meat section. Often good budget cuts from the chuck are priced to move there. Also, if it's Italian, Shop Rite brand usually is excellent. - Tim McCarty
