Their are two unique things about Widow Jane. First: they use water sourced from an old limestone quarry in upstate NY, Two: they experiment with different corn varietals to make extremely good ????
Do the tasting—especially the single origin corn varietals . Product is pricey , but absolutely special and worth it.
Great spot for a whiskey tasting. Situated in a beautiful old building , shares the space with a chocolate manufacturer , apothecary, and amazing cocktail bar .
The standard Widow Jane is Kentucky bourbon they bought and mix with water from an old limestone cave in upstate New York. It is delicious and unique.
Very friendly staff and a damn good liquid. Great place to bring OOTs (out of towners) for an off the beaten path experience in NYC.
