Go to the one outside for cappuccino and a nata . The staff has been changing lately. They are the most friendly n caring people I came across for the past months. I felt special the first time I went.
Go to the one just outside the Ashley Centre rather than the one by the lifts. Much better ambiance.

In total took 30mins for a coke , latte and hot chocolate . Not impressed
Breakfast is great here. Better than your average.
Food is OK. Not quite what we expected but not nourishing. Service needs more attention, even if they are Italian(you are in the UK now).
The worst service ever. Keep away. Check your bills as they often overcharge. Terribly overpriced. The quality of food is also substandard. Avoid at any cost.

It's not bad for a smaller version of M&S. You can get your essentials and they have a good selection and variety for lunch time meals. Self service tills here as well as helpful staff. - Chris Haines
The layout of the shop is larger than it appears, meaning they have more there! Great for free coffee and Wifi if you have a Waitrose card. A vast selection of quality Waitrose products here - Chris Haines
