Great location, room is big enough, stuffs r very helpful. I wish they put bath robes to the rooms and breakfast could be better (with greek yoghurt , granola , more fruits and better porridge ). 4/5

A really great hotel to stay at when you're visiting London! It's located right across the street from the Victoria & Albert Musuem and it's a 5 minute walk to the South Kensington subway station .

Lovely spa in a great location. Loved the pool and the jacuzzi but sauna and steam room were separated into men and women's changing room which is not great if you are going there with your partner :(

You can’t believe how dated this hotel , you feel like you still live in eight’s old curtains, tv , bathrooms beds and air conditions .. they must update it , specially with this incredible location.

Get a room in the upper floors

The rooms & bathroom are bad the staff are greedy, they will ask for a deposit even for a an umbrella . The elevator and outside doors after 12 need the room key to open, the location is the only plus

Great place to have meetings. Fab looking bar area and professional service .

Have had better experiences at hotels that cost as much as this one. If you are planning on using the con. Don't do it because you won't get any help. But nice rooms overall
