Great fast-casual noodle bar . Can't go wrong with any of their ramen options.
Sure this place seems a little gimmicky but since you're probably coming for the soba or udon ; it's good and it's very reasonably priced. The ramen isn't authentic but neither is any ramen in Raleigh.
Idk if it's authentic I just know my taste and the ramen soups are tasty and affordable !
Fusion ramen . Standards like tonkotsu and miso good and barely authentic . Others are too Americanized. Weird fusion combos with appetizers . Wait staff phone it in and aren't the best.
Add chili pepper to the broth to make it spicier (the assorted chili pepper wasn't spicy )
Great stop for a full-service quick meal .
The food here is ok, but their mochi is pretty good.

For those that follow me for GF tips. Avoid this place and kankii which it is associated with. Very small selection and service is slow. 1 hours for food after 2. Good food if not GF per wife.
