Looks brand new, friendly valet , amazing customer service...they let me check in at 10:30am! Only downside, no fridge or microwave.
You can ask for a refrigerator in your room. Front desk service could be better. Old towels, noisy air cond. Weird noises from the toilet - make sure you closed the door before going to bed.
I've spent a month at this hotel . Front desk staff & valet guys & Carlos , the shuttle driver are great. Housekeeping is terrible! On the rare days they bother cleaning the room, room is still a mess.
Food is delicious in the cafe ...I have to say I am glad I am back home in colorado.

Spending the night here for an interview at USF. Front desk staff was curt, didn't answer questions regarding shuttle service, and gave me the wrong info multiple times...
The parking meter spots out front are free from 10p until 8a. Get up early.

Smokers dominate the courtyard area outside including then pool and hot tub . If you are a nonsmoker its terrible. GM said "I can't control the wind". Really?!?

Get a room far away from the pool area . Very noisy .

Don't try to turn on the heat, smoke alarm will go off and your room will smell like burnt hair for the rest of your stay.
This hotel only has Valet parking .

Saw rent here had orchestra seats, very good view. Quite intimate seating. The venue itself is quite beautiful, if a bit small. Just enough space in the lobby very few concessions stands/bars - Nae Hinton
