There are strict rule about dogs here. One resident spent a considerable amount on a flier to make sure we were aware of our rights and legal recourse.

Rubbish goes out Sunday night, but you can have your "people" put it out earlier if you like.

Saturday peace , not noise allowed here on a weekend. Workers are only allowed in during the week. Specific Db readings have been defined too.

Pick up after your dog. It's good to have proof when challenged.
