The location is perfect for skiing , hotel is not so cozy but is comfortable and the food is fantastic. El Balcon Kitchen & Bar is the best place in Pamporovo.

Our room was very bad. It was dirty and all of the furniture were very old. Our bathtube was leaking. And somebodys hair was placed our hand towel! Besides our room was deluxe room. It was expensive - Özgün Tirün Şeniz
Only tried the restaurant, which was good quality (traditional) food and excellent, attentive service (although it was empty) - Dan Millard
