Honestly, if you're going to bash the place, maybe you should try working here. Here's a tip: Jerk Customers=Bad Service. Get some patience and be polite. These people work hard.
You guys should sell milk through the drive thru . That is the future anyways! I wanted to buy some milk but they wouldn't sell it in the drive thru so I just skipped it. It's 2016!

This place has the slowest drive through in the city of Fort Smith! Especially on the weekend nights!
They were out of mint chocolate chip AND butter pecan ice cream on Saturday night, so I ordered cookie dough and the cone wasn't packed. Bad management!
