It’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel with its own gardens where they grow fruit and vegetables . Very nice rooms and pool. They have a special back entrance to Chichen Itza.
Originally Hacienda, perfect to visit the site. Preorder sunrise tickets as you will avoid the crowds. Ask for villa next 2, close to pool, main house and site entrance.
What a wonderful stay. Enchanting place and outstanding service . A five star hotel in the middle of the Mayan jungle.
Very nice place, but don't ask for an expresso : it costs 120 pesos!!! More than in Italy in San Pietro, close to the Pope!
Un lugar hermoso, excelente servicio. Muy recomendado!
Los cuartos muy bien. El servicio excelente. La comida cara pero rica. Un paisaje increíble. Me gustó mucho.
El hotel es maravilloso pero la comida es regular. No es como la recordaba. Antes era mucho mejor.
Me cayeron MUY mal, dan prioridad a turismo extranjero vs mexicano mega #fail }:0(
Very tasty food. Awesome pizza highly recommend to try Al Capone. But no so good burgers. One of the preferred places to eat while visiting Chichén Itzá - Daniel Sergienko
Amazing hotel with beautiful views. Just a few steps of Chichén Itza, has a parking lot. Staff is really friendly. - Santiago Vargas
Go early in the day to beat the heat and large tour groups. Spend 2 to 3 hours. Awesome - Julie
Amazing natural wonder! Go at 10 am to avoid all the tours (literally had the entire cenote to ourselves!) - Wendy Qi
