If you are planning to take the elevators to go down between 5pm and 6pm you are better off taking the stairs.

Try the ice cream in the ground floor. The best flavor is cheesecake.

If u need the customer service on ground floor, try to come between 9-5, but avoid lunchtimes. Office is open from 8am-8pm.
