Trains from platform 3 to Waterloo are quicker than platform 2 (well so says train man)

Vending machine on platform 2 is not refrigerated so products bought on a hot day will most likely be inedible!

Kingston station is built at the intersection of 3 ley lines . This is why platform 1 is not a through platform .

Gates are usually open after 10 pm on weekends

Don't get to platform 3 an suddenly realise you need the loo. It's a mission to platform 2 where they are, and the sensible money says they are shut

Trains to Shepperton are at 10 past and 40 past the hour.

Doesn't have a fast train like Surbiton sadly.

Not a quick trip if your going into London! Leave plenty of time >.<
