They have these wonderful chocolate chip cookies baked at the hotel kitchen, we got some on our check in, still warm and delicious ????

Beautiful gardens , free fast wifi , and amenable rooms. Garden Brasserie onsite is rather mediocre. Limited wine selection , slow & inattentive service, and hit or miss food.

During my 8 days in NZ, this is the only hotel with free wifi ! The wifi speed is quite fast as well so kudos to them! Other that it looked kinda run down but the room is clean and cosy.

Nice hotel . Has a medieval feel and nice rooms.

Westfield mall is 10-15 min walk away. Walk is along a mainland beside a heartland with many shops.

Checked in and after 2 room changes, they have found a room with a big enough bed for me. I won't fit on a single bed!

Does have free WiFi but it is slow and you have to log back in every 4 hours. There is a faster service but you have to pay.
