Great service, clean rooms . Nice little bar near the lobby. Fantastic location. Have stayed all over the city and this is a good choice.

We forgot out passport after we checked out and when i called after 7 hours they said yes its with them and we turned around in the middle of the way to Montreal they should have called us immediately

Front desk staff is wonderful and live up to the Starwood brand. Shannon was very helpful during my stay.

Indoor pool is large and very clean . I visited the gym every day during my stay and was the only person in there...nice to have the place to yourself!

Spencer at the front desk is extremely good. Very friendly welcome and a great room overlooking the water!

Not terribly impressed. Other than the exellent location in downtown Kingston (although not on the waterfront ), the pool was closed and our room had a very strong disinfectant smell. Staff were great.

Junior suites are very nice.

Enjoy a great local craft beer at Four Points with Best BrewsTM. We're featuring Mill Street Organic.

Very nice hotel and free wifi everywhere.
