This is called a Chilean hot dog and ordering one will be the best decision you make today. All their other food is authentic and also amazing so you can't go wrong with whatever you choose.
They're empanadas and mil de hojas taste just like Chile! Everything there is wonderful! We drive hours just to visit here!
