Wow! This place is amazing!! The Iced Coffee is spot on! The best Banh Mi in Houston!

The best Vietnamese food in the Friendswood area. Order the char-grilled pork with fried rice , or in a sandwich , tacos or fried noodles . The coffee is sweet and will give you enough energy for days.

They need to add WI FI service so people do not just come and go. More parking space area, or maybe, look for a bigger space. Overall, their sandwiches are good. (Per my kids)

Need WI fi as extra service so people just do not come and go its better if people can actually sit and eat there. Also, parking is terrible. It might be good to transfer to a bigger area.
