The lady at counter was SO CRAZY RUDE I was forced to raise hell. Lied about having to wait 30min due to no cars, when lots full. And one open kiosk for over 12 cars trying to leave. NEVER AGAIN HERTZ
Hertz gives the best discount for USAA members, big discount AND a free upgrade.
They double tax you if you need gasoline. 8ish per gal. Plus 10% sales tax I don't think gas stations can do this.
