Noodles seem to mute the flavor. I find that less noodles lets the flavor come forth. Don't know why but that's my experience.

If you're doing spicy , half the quantities of each liquid or it won't all fit in your bowl.

Wait staff needs better training . Not impressed with the thumbs in the bowls of ice cream . There are several other options for Asian food on mill plain and not too far from this location... Go there!!
