Excellent manager, good staff - manager makes it right if any issues. Very satisfied (Starbucks is not my favorite but I needed coffee there). Busy location, drive-through was hopping!
I love this Starbucks. I live in manhattan and prefer to come to this one because they are so friendly . For me customer service is important. And they're awesome :)

When someone orders a drink and it's cold out make sure to ask if they want it cold. Instead of just assuming. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and wanted it hot but you gave me cold. Not happy.
