They need help, lots of it, let a soccer group of 8-12 year old's run all over the place without supervision! Only had to deal with them 1 night. Hotel needs better management
Hotel desperately needs upgrading. Things are falling apart & broken. Room dusty with filthy carpet. Front desk said restaurant/room service stopped at 9:30 pm, but kitchen refused to serve after 9.
Close to both hot springs ... needs some renovations. Beds made our backs achy. House keeping was below average. Pool at the hotel looked disgusting.
Room smells. Pool is crap. Hot Tub wasn't working or it was just cuz the pool water was warmer than the hot tub .

Hike the hanging lake trail. Well worth the hike, then stay at the hot springs lodge for a relaxing visit. - Victor Reid
