Part of the medieval city walls designed to protect ships moored in the nearby quay. Partially destroyed by a tsunami that followed the earthquake of Lisbon in 1755.

always sit on here and drink some beers befor I go to pub . u can find some interesting idlers of Galway town here.... seriously miss this place..

Fancy a drink? Those balmy summer evenings dont warrant being stuck inside a pub . The Spanish Arch is the standard place to go for a few al fresco beverages while soaking up the evening.

So much to do here. Get here early as many stores close at 8pm.

Get some cans, and sit and chill . (Not recommended for any of the 363 rainy days of the year)
