If you want a serious workout, get a personal trainer . They are all great.
Go from around 12:30 until 4:00. There's very few people there and you can switch between machines like you own the place.
It's an ok gym . Remember to bring with your towels and water as imho their prices are a bit high to buy/borrow these things.

For something very challenging go to 2 consecutive cycling classes : one that lasts 1 hour followed by a 30 minutes express class .
